Our Leagues
The Eastern Loudoun Division services any athlete whose home Middle School is Seneca Ridge, Sterling, or River Bend, as well as any athlete who considers the Eastern Loudoun Division their preferred practice location.
Our LYV program consists of practices twice a week, competitions every other weekend, and a final single elimination tournament at the end of the season.

Assessments
Skills Assessments are conducted in sessions before the beginning of the season and are designed to place your athlete on the most fitting team within their chosen location.
All assessments take place at the Virginia Volleyball Center.
There will be NO make-up assessments after your location and age group's assessment date. If you can not attend the assessment for your school, please use this link to arrange an assessment that fits your schedule.
Be Prepared
We offer multiple programs to help your athlete be better prepared for LYV assessment. Each program is designed to adapt to the athlete's skill level. Coaches will teach the skills using volleyball principles and keys. At the end of each program, the athlete should have a better understanding of how the game is played.
