Practices
Typical Schedule
Each team practices twice each week, with each practice lasting 90 minutes. Practices are scheduled between 6:15 pm and 9:15 pm Monday through Friday. Practice times are dependent on the number of teams at your practice location and your coach’s availability. About two weeks into the season, teams will begin to play against other LYV teams in games on Saturdays or Sundays. Weekend games can have a start time between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm on Saturdays and 8:00 am and 1:00 pm on Sundays. For example, the MS House team might have practices on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6:15 to 7:45, and games on a Saturday at 9 am and 10 am. A high school team might practice Monday and Wednesday evenings from 7:45 to 9:15 and have games on Saturday at 11 am and 12 pm.
